Chanel - Frenzy

I've been on a real Chanel kick lately..not sure why, but I hope I get over it soon. I just want them all. I went so long resisting them..got one and it was all over!! Super collectible. Anyway, here is one of the new fall '12 shades, Frenzy. I would call it a taupe-y grey with lilacy pink and beige undertones, but that sounds like garbage. I do really love it though.

** did real blogger research Chanel calls it a lilac grey - hooray **

This was nice and opaque @ 2 coats. (and at $26 for a creme it better be, but I had my doubts that it would be)

and for fun... a pic of my new pals.

huggles. keep me off ebay!

  3. This is an amazing color! Very subtle and nuanced... I still haven't paid this much for a nail polish, but I can definitely understand paying through the nose for Chanel, the shades are so well thought out and chic. Maybe I'm just a sucker, but I think they do such a good job of coming up with fresh feeling, carefully curated nail polishes. I think the same thing about NARS' lipsticks :)

  5. Why did you have to show me this!? I have never ever bought a single Chanel. I could never justify the cost. Of course something in the nude/neutral family is going to be the "one" that sends me over the edge- I can't get enough of those! This looks soooooooooo pretty on you! Gah! Thanks a lot! ;-)

  12. Hi there, I'm new to your blog and enjoying reading. I'm curious about the polish bottle in your profile pic - it looks to me like it's probably Butter London Bluey, but what's up with the cap, I've never seen a BL cap like that - or is it just a reflection maybe? Just curious! Thanks. :)

By the way, this Chanel is gorgeous. I've never been into nudes but recently BL All Hail The Queen caught my eye and became my first nude and I love it. This Chanel is also beautiful, but I better not spend that much! Haha!
